    Job Description

    • We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Virtual Assistant to support our team and executives in a variety of administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote work environment, enjoys multitasking, and is eager to develop skills in time management, communication, and administrative support.

      As an entry-level virtual assistant, you will help streamline operations by handling essential administrative duties, allowing our team to focus on high-priority projects. If you are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we’d love to have you on board!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • - Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing appointments for team members or executives.
    • - Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails, flagging important messages and organizing inboxes for optimal efficiency.
    • - Data Entry & File Organization: Input and update information in databases, track project statuses, and maintain organized digital filing systems.
    • Customer Support: Handle basic customer inquiries, manage follow-ups, and assist with resolving issues as needed.
    • - Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and organizing content for social media platforms.
    • - Document Creation: Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • - Research: Conduct basic research tasks on various topics as required (e.g., industry trends, competitor analysis, etc.).
    • - Task Management: Help prioritize and track daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects move forward smoothly.
    • - Miscellaneous Support: Assist with other tasks as assigned, including light personal tasks for executives (e.g., travel coordination, order placements, etc.).

    Qualifications

    - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative support or business is a plus.
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    - Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
    - Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
    - Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working remotely.
    - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
    - Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
    - Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or support roles is a plus but not required.

    This is a direct placement role. The pay for this role is negotiable .
