We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Executive Recruiter to join our team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for helping clients find and hire top-tier executives for key leadership roles across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to build a career in recruitment and talent management.
Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, direct outreach) to identify and attract high-caliber executive candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organizations.
Client Relationship Management: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand clients' hiring needs, business goals, and organizational culture.
Job Posting & Advertising: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and niche industry sites.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records, applications, and communication logs in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to understand the talent landscape and assist in strategic recruitment planning.
Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Reporting & Analytics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, including candidate pipelines, time-to-hire, and client feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of professionals.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Bullhorn) a plus.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the executive search and recruitment industry.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for helping clients find top talent.

This is a direct placement role. The pay for this role is negotiable.
