    Job Description

    • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning, eager to contribute, and have a strong desire to build new business opportunities.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various methods, including market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
      • Prospecting: Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, or LinkedIn to introduce company products/services and schedule meetings.
      • Sales Support: Assist the business development team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
      • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and sales activities within the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
      • Relationship Building: Establish initial contact and build relationships with potential clients, focusing on understanding their business needs.
      • Market Research: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
      • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on client outreach and messaging.
      • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

    Qualifications:

    • - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • - Basic understanding of business development and sales principles is a plus.

    • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.

    • - Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    • - Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.

    • - Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.

    This is a direct placement role. The pay for this role is negotiable.
